Vendor Agreement

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have a valid business or be a registered sole proprietor
• You must provide accurate business information
• You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Fees & Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly
• No transaction fees on customer payments
• Payment processors may charge their own fees
• Marketing add-ons are optional and billed separately

5. Store Management

• You control your store's design, products, and pricing
• You are responsible for fulfilling orders
• You must maintain your store regularly
• Inactive stores may be suspended after 6 months

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• You must fulfill any outstanding orders
• Your store will be taken offline
• You may export your product data within 30 days
• Any outstanding fees must be paid

7. Dispute Resolution

We encourage sellers and customers to resolve disputes directly. Agoravibe may mediate disputes when necessary. The laws of Ghana shall govern this agreement.
